Résumé

Ce texte présente les résultats d’une étude de la notion de développement limité en termes de transposition didactique au début de l’université. Les investigations didactiques conduites ont mis en évidence la nécessité d’articuler les dimensions sémantique, syntaxique et sémiotique afin d’introduire cette notion en tant qu’outil pour la nouvelle technique d’approximation locale des fonctions.

Abstract

This paper presents the results of a study concerning the didactic transposition of the object approximating polynomial at the beginning of the university. Our results highlight the necessity to articulate the semantic, syntactic, and semiotic dimensions with the aim of introducing this object as a tool for the new technique of local approximation of functions.
