Résumé
L’objectif principal de cette étude est de mieux comprendre les croyances et les considérations des professeurs de mathématiques et d’histoire en vue d’une intégration de l’histoire des mathématiques, d’étudier le potentiel d’interaction et de collaboration entre eux et ce qui caractérise une telle collaboration alors qu’ils participent à un cours d’histoire des mathématiques et dans la façon de transférer une unité d’apprentissage commune en classe. Pour atteindre cet objectif, il a été conçu pour un groupe de professeurs d’histoire et de mathématiques du secteur arabe du nord d’Israël un cours sur l’histoire des mathématiques islamiques basé sur le livre Abû l-Wafâ’ al Buzjani : »Sur les constructions géométriques nécessaires à l’artisan ». La recherche présentée dans cet article est issue d’un projet en cours ; par conséquent, seuls ses aspects théoriques et méthodologiques sont discutés ici. Abstract The main goal of our research study is to gain an understanding of mathematics and history teachers’ beliefs and considerations towards the integration of history of mathematics, to investigate the potential for interaction and collaboration between them and what characterizes such a collaboration while they participate in a course of history of mathematics and in conducting and transferring a joint learning unit in class. To achieve our aims, a course on the history of Islamic mathematics based on Abū’l-Wafāʾ Buzj’ani book « On the Geometric Constructions Necessary for the Artisan » was designed for a group of history and mathematics teachers in the Arab sector of northern Israel. The research presented in this paper comes out of a project which is ongoing; therefore, only theoretical and methodological aspects of it will be discussed.
